Warranty Policy

Coverage

  • Parts: All parts in your system (panels, inverters, etc.) are covered by their manufacturer warranties. You can claim these warranties directly through Zonvoornix.
  • Installation: We take pride in our expert installation. Zonvoornix guarantees our workmanship for 12 years, ensuring your system is installed correctly and securely. Should any leaks occur due to our installation, we'll cover those for 3 months.


What's NOT Covered:

  • Wear & Tear: Expected decline in performance over time.
  • Mistreatment: Damage you cause, including improper use, DIY repairs, or using the wrong parts.
  • Outside Events: Damage from things like storms, accidents, or vandalism.


Making a Claim:

  • For ALL warranty issues, contact Zonvoornix immediately.


Important Things to Know:

  • No Refunds: Once we start installation, no refunds are given.
  • Consumers can cancel: Within 14 days of receiving your system, but only if installation hasn't started. See our full Terms and Conditions for details.
